Cancelling
an order
You may cancel your order at any time within 7 days of
delivery, you will be offered a refund
minus a £1.50 admin charge.. If your order has already been shipped you
will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
In the case of an order which has already been shipped, your
refund will be issued once it is received back to us safely.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note
that only items that remain unopened in the clear bags can
be returned. Once the item is removed from the clear
bag it is non-returnable.
All sizes are clearly stated on the website, if you are
unsure about a size please refer to our piercing info pages
where you will find help and information about how to choose
the correct size. If in any doubt please email before
making your purchase and we will be happy to help. We
cannot exchange or refund any items due to incorrect fitting
once the item has been tried on.
Exchanging
an item
You may exchange any items within 30 days of receipt,
providing the original item remains unopened in it's
original clear packaging.
Damages or
Faulty items
Whilst we take great care to ensure that your order
reaches you promptly and in excellent condition, there are
unfortunately times when this does not happen. If you should receive damaged
or faulty goods from us please make contact within 7 days of
receiving your order to arrange a replacement or refund.
Please be sure to check your order carefully as soon as you
receive it. We cannot be held responsible for damaged or
faulty items after you have been in possession of the item
for 7 days. We are only responsible for items damaged
in the post or items with manufacturing defects, we are not
responsible for items damaged accidentally or misused in any
way.
Credit
Cards
Orders over £15 paid for by credit card can only be
shipped to the registered cardholders address (that is the
address the bills/statements are sent to). All orders are
fraud screened and we will be notified if the address given
does not match the address on the credit card.
If you make
payment by credit card with an incorrect shipping address
your payment will be refunded minus a 5% admin fee.
Alternative
Shipping Address
Shipping to an alternative address can be possible if
payment is made by debit card. If you require
shipping to an alternative address with a debit card you
must still provide the billing address.
If you make payment by debit card and supply an incorrect
billing address you will be subject to the same
5% admin fee deducted from your refund.
VAT
Our annual turnover does not currently reach the threshold
that would require us to charge you VAT. Therefore all
prices shown on the website are the price you will pay, no
VAT will be added.
Use of Images
All content and images on this site are copyright
protected and may not be used without written permission.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We
will only use the information that we collect about
you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection
Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons:
firstly, to process your order and second, to
provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have
given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing
email from us or from another trader in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you
includes:
Your name
address
phone number
email address
We will never collect sensitive information about
you without your explicit consent.
The information we
hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check
the information that we hold about you by emailing
us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or
correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held
securely in accordance with our internal security
policy and the law.
If we intend to transfer your information outside
the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always
obtain your consent first.
