  • What is the minimum order requirement?
    There is no minimum order requirement for purchase made at www.gemsbodyjewellery.co.uk.

  • How do you keep your prices so low?
    We purchase items in large 'bulk' lots, this enables us to purchase many items at lower prices than average.
    We also keep costs down by avoiding spending money on expensive extras such as printed catalogues.

  • How can I get a printed catalogue?
    We do not supply printed catalogues, they are expensive and would be almost impossible to keep up to date due to our constantly updating product ranges!  If you would like to print your own current catalogue you can do so from here.

  • What are your products made from?
    The majority of our products are made from 316L surgical grade stainless steel, however we do also stock a small selection of titanium and acrylic products. All materials conform to the EU nickel directive and are suitable for use in healed piercings.
    Some products have accessories or dangles which do not pass through the piercing.  These components may be made from other materials.

  • Do you offer any guarantee with your products?
    We guarantee that all products will reach you in perfect condition.  If you receive a product which is not in perfect condition please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange either a replacement or a credit.
     

  • Can I return any unwanted items?
    Yes. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page for more information.

  • How can I make payment?
    We accept most major credit and debit card payments via Worldpay secure server. We also accept Nochex from UK customers as well as pounds sterling bank transfer, cheque or Postal orders and of course cash (sent securely).

  • I am an international customer, how can I make payment?
    Many international customers can make payment in the normal way with a credit or debit card via worldpay.  However we do not accept credit card payments from certain high risk countries.  If you live in a high risk country you may make payment by bank transfer or international money order.

  • Do you Accept Paypal?
    We can only accept a Paypal payment if it eligible for the seller protection policy.  As we cannot establish eligibility until the payment is received we will reserve the right to refund any ineligible payments and request an alternative method.  To make payment using Paypal you will need to contact us and have this feature enabled on your account.

  • How will my items be shipped?
    All orders will be shipped with Royal Mail. You may choose standard, Recorded or Special Delivery.  Orders qualifying for free shipping will be shipped with standard or recorded delivery at our discression.
    International orders are shipped with Royal Mail Airmail or Airmal International Signed For service. 

  • When will my order be shipped and how long will it take to be delivered?
    Almost all orders are ready for shipping within 48 hours Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). 
    UK special delivery items will be delivered on the next working day after the order is shipped.  There is no guaranteed delivery time for other services.
    International delivery items are dispatched on the first available flight and depending on the destination should arrive with approx 3-5 working days after shipping.
    PLEASE NOTE THAT NO ORDERS WILL BE CONSIDERED 'LOST' UNTIL 15 WORKING DAYS AFTER SHIPPING.

  • An item is out of stock, can I put it on backorder?
    Unfortunately not, this is because we do not know if or when a product will become available again.

  • An item is out of stock, when will it be back?
    Unfortunately we do not know. We purchase many items in mixed packs and we can never guarantee which items we will receive in our next order.

  • Will you price match?
    Certainly, please send us full details of where any product is sold elsewhere at a lower price and we will bring the cost of our product down to match it.
    Please note that products must be sold at a regular fixed price.  We cannot consider auction prices or 'one off' sales prices.
